Bill has an extensive knowledge of the vast New York City market and real estate trends. Based on his expertise in real estate, architecture and development he is able to continually fulfil clients’ needs. As a residential and pre-construction architect and developer, Bill has been involved with projects totalling over two million square feet in the New York. Bill Brothers, has been a partner of Uptown Partners who developed Harlem’s well known condominiums 5th on the Park and The Lenox. He has worked extensively throughout the United States, Russia, China and Europe. Bill is a member of the Association of Builders and Owners, REBNY, AIA and on the Board of Directors at CIVITAS. A native of Virginia, Bill received his degree from Virginia Tech- Masters in Architecture.

Wei Xin

Much of Wei Xin’s 11-year career was not spent directly in Real Estate but in architectural and construction, including building design and renovation, construction administration, and the filing process with government agencies both in Beijing and New York City. Her 1st hand working knowledge of the local design and building process not only provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of both markets. She is the Financial Analyst Consultant to IDA.

Wei Xin was born and raised in Beijing, China. She came to New York for her Master of Architecture at Pratt Institute. Wei Xin and her husband have lived in Brooklyn for years in neighborhoods such as Boerum Hill, Bed-Stuy, and Clinton Hill, where they always enjoy the people, seasons and outdoor activities. In pursuing her enthusiasm in Real Estate Development, she is currently expanding her Real Estate Finance knowledge at NYU.

Lord Patrick Parsons

Patrick speaks 7 languages and travels regularly between Europe and Asia. He has guided many Chinese clients to New York City for their real estate and business needs. He currently resides between Europe and Asia.

Patrick is the Founder and Managing Director of Orient Parsons Consultants (OPC). With more than 15 years experience in the real estate industry, he is widely recognized as one of the first western developers in Beijing, China.

Patrick has demonstrated a proven track record of putting together complex, multi-party deals; negotiating and solidifying necessary political and marketing positioning analyses; commercial real estate market plans and investment analyses as well as residential needs.

Patrick is a native of Ireland and a graduate of Aiglon College, Switzerland, and is currently residing in BIRR Castle, Ireland and Beijing, China.

EDEN CHUANG

Eden Chuang is currently Vice President of L Train Capital, LLC, a New York-based real estate investment, development, and advisory firm. 

He leads the investment and advisory practice of the firm and has conducted valuation, market research, and underwriting of various real estate asset classes including multifamily, hotel, retail, and industrial real estate properties. 

Prior to L Train Capital, Mr. Chuang was an Associate in the Acquisitions and Corporate Development group at Castellan Real Estate Partners, a New York-based real estate private equity firm.  Prior to Castellan, Mr. Chuang was a Development Associate at Rockefeller Group Development Corporation.  Mr. Chuang began his career on Wall Street with several years’ experience at HSBC Securities and Pharus Advisors, a New York-based mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. 

Mr. Chuang holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Communications from New York University.
